It's a marvellous night for a moondance....
If you look up to the skies tonight you may notice that the moon appears bigger than normal. The moon will be within 90 per cent of its closest possible distance to the earth, or 221,567 miles away. It's the closest the moon has been to Earth in 19 years!I'm going to be looking skyward, but the clear skies of the day have now been replaced by a lot of thick cloud, so I probably won't see anything.

we had a lunar eclips a month or few months ago.. i only got to see part of that because of the clouds..today is a clear day, hopefully in between work i will see the moon as close as it will be..
yeah...it's amazing when you think that we are all gazing up at the same moon isn't it?
hope you get to see it! it's just too cloudy here, unfortunately.
I can see it clearly tonight....beautiful to watch
