A "reverse 911 call' ???
Honestly, a "reverse 911 call". That's what the voice on the other end of my phone stated. Have you ever gotten one of these ? I did yesterday. I was initially stunned. I had never heard that term before.
The call was recorded and sent to every citizen in the township. I'm not totally sure how the township got all our phone numbers.
However, it seems that some girl went missing yesterday 
and this was one method of attempting to find her. "If you know any details, please contact our office at...."I was just thankful, that it wasn't the girl
I picked up at one of the local pubs 
on Friday night. 
Yes, it WAS a very Good Friday. 
Nonetheless, I'm glad that I made sure to return her to her home on Monday. 
Afterall, I'd hate to have my neighbors ratting out on me.
I do think it's a good thing though. Any innovation to prevent serious crimes is welcomed.

what I find awkward is that I am usually my most rigorous self-critic and in this case I really feel I've done better than jim ...
as in ... except the jogging comment, I really cannot see anything else bright in all he said ...
ermm .. oh! btw.. I quited after the 'cane' comment by simply saying 'hilarious' just because I was afraid he'd take it personal ... I had already picked badly on him on another blog he had (he had some 6'0 18 year old mad about him or something)
