you do have a point. however, i dont believe they are weird, just troubled and lost souls. i dont believe just on this site either, i believe when you get to a certain age and life doesnt pan out the way we are conditioned to believe (grow up, get an education, meet a wonderful partner, get married, have 2.4 kids and live happy ever after) we become very disillusioned in life and bitter. life keeps beating us down until evenually we either give up, get even or realise we really dont need a partner to be happy. a partner should enhance your life and happiness, not be in control of it. by putting all your hopes on a partner to make you happy, you are giving power to others. the power is in your own hands. i do realise all what i say is easy said and done but i do assure you, eventually we all wake up. like they say you have to reach rock bottom and start taking responsibility for our own lifes. so dalkgirl, dont let anyone tell you, you are wrong. trust your own experience, instincts and knowledge of life, you are right, on the whole there are a lot of messed up people out there which does make them behave like weirdos. just have faith that it is not you and let the weirdoes pass you by. good luck dear.

calm: I agree :) People should be more responsible for their words... If you don't know what to say or how to say it, stay silent. And being on sites like this is a personal choice so nobody is forced to stay here if they don't like it :)

So don't be put off by these fake people thatmessed you about because their are also some nice genuine people on this site too

calm. you appear more reasonable but you said 'you guess sometimes new people dont know we like to have a little fun'. so if you believe this, take it easy on the new people who want to do blogs. by all means, have your fun but not at others expense. this is not nice. there are people out their who use this site mainly to find a partner and im one of them. im not one for looking at the blogs and my experience so far hasnt been fun. i believe there are people who use this site just for the blogs but they have to understand some dont.
