Mr.vivek an employee who works must have right over increments and appraisal.then what's is wrong in their expectations.I think the corporate world is full of exploitations and this is the main reason.

It depends on the quality and quantity of work they perform.If a single employee is bearing a load of work of 2 or 3 employee(which genrally happens in corporate world) than what's the wrong if they demand more incentives.

@vive You know I was thinking the same thing another day in that in cyber age ...... AIDS diminished because people meet up online and now this horrible infection and then passed into soul and mind of humans, to perform these activities on the internet ........... one hand can be an advantage in this area that protects physical body, but contaminates the mind and soul of humans..new word: CyberAids wave
