When you lok at a dating site, any dating site, what do you see?
They hire models for the pics and try to con everyone into thinking that that's what you'll get.
It leads one on to thinking that the average person on a site looks like that when we actually just look like ourselves.
Since the web truly got worldwide, we see more and more of this and, I think it feeds into our not accepting people who really look like the real people you see around town.
This is one of the few "dating/singles" sites which actually has legitimate discussions about any of this.
Most of these sites just feed you BS.
Hang in there, vanity.
Those of us who like to come to a site like this know better and realize what's more real than those other sites.
This place isn't perfect butt, it's a lot better than the flashy, looks places.
Just keep talking and, you'll feel better.
