I Need A Hug!

Just feeling down lately.....can't sleep, just can't seem to think of anything positive.
I'm not really the type of person who gets "depressed" but it seems as though I'm in a slump in my life right now and don't now how to get myself out of it.

Anyone ever feel this way? and how about a HUG?

Hi Lana, how r u doing? Sometime i feel that way too. But i just take it easy, even when i feel so lonely. You know i have a cute little doll, i just hug him when i wanna sleep.. ha ha.. Funny idea maybe. But its alright, i can tell him what i feel too.

I try never to go to bed and replay a bad scenario over and over in my head. I imagine it the way I wanted it to go...I go backwards to where it ended up bad and rewrite it....and then go to sleep. Plus there is tangerine flavored melatonin tablets, take two or three and it will trigger the sleep.

Dear Lana, Everyone gets a little down now and then, especialy in this depression ( economic not emotional ). I however can not see why you should be so depressed . Your relativly young ( I'm 64 and know that mid 40's is still realtivly young ). You also seem to be healthy and have an active mind . You also are a hell of a good looking woman . You have more desirable qualitys than most do, so why the depression ? . . . dunno . . . . . .the Bkack Knight . . cool . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .PS: If you ever get down to my Island, I have a great big hug waiting for you . . teddybear hug cheers

I know sometimes we think we are the only one to feel this way. Mostly because people in the real world hide it so well and don't talk about it I guess? So then we feel alone and bad about ourselves for feeling that way. You are not alone. I feel that way a lot of times actually. Anyway a hug for you!hug hug

Well I am sure many people will give you emotional support, but I tell you , you are not alone this is not the first time you feel blue, it won't be the last either. Eat a lot of Bananas, they cause the section of serotonin, the good feeling hormone in our body. So you can eat as many as you want in a day. Hope it helps, also force yourself to laugh, do some fake laughter, again your brain does not realize you are really happy or you are faking a laughter, it starts discharging serotonin again, then you feel better
