Meet Girls at Bar?? is that so easy??

I wondering. i saw in the movie (any kinda western movies) when a man got into the bar, usually they lookin for girls and they meet them there and then it'll continue with the all night long date and ended up sleeping together...
Not only that..so many my friends here suggesting me to "Go to bar and find a real girl".
My Question is..."is that so easy there in America or Europe to get a girl at the bar and bring em home?"

No jeff. Its not so easy. It prob fit in the movesstory, all is easy on film. But its possible.
