Please. Sometimes people do not realize sometimes things are symptoms of other things. Not trying to scare you just saying it would not hurt to go.........
Sure enough, posture would help you ... like, if u could sleep tilted head higher than toso, reflux should be reduced.
ermm .. if u could for instance stick to 'light' stuff like fruit before sleeping, you might find it helpful too .. ermm ... dunno ..
2- I have heard having some apple cider vinegar is the cure for it,
The cause of it are many but, when you eat don't mix foods together, like fruits should be eaten separately. Carbs should bot be mixed with meats . no liquids i.e. water, sodas, tea coffee, any type of drink with your foods, you drink 2 hours after your meal .
Do your own research, you will be surprised with things you can find. I had RLS, I did my own research and tried couple of things until one of them, oat meal was the cure for me, I hope you find your answer and cure soon
Thank again.I love u!!!!aris.
also I found grated Granny Smith apples or grated carrots also halps
@OP... I take Prevacid for my A.R. and it's helped me for close to 6 months now. I'd wake up with acid burning in my ears from the reflux at night. Also, stay away from large meals later at night and greasy or fried foods. For instant relief, try drinking a small amount of whole milk or even light cream, like half-n-half, to calm the burning. In the end, you should ultimately see your doctor, as acid erosion from acid reflux can also predispose one to presenting with esophageal cancer and stomach cancer.
I hope this helps!
