Many polls are showing defeat for the Obama administration and failed policies of the Democratic Party that have made this recession the WORST in history since the Great Depression in the 1930's! Poll after poll is showing the ever growing unpopularity of Obama and his Dems in control of the Senate.Many polls show Republican party favorite..Mitt Romney in the lead or at tie status. Also Gov. Rick Perry of Texas is high on the list as well as Sarah Palin. Two more years hopefully we can liberate AMERICA from the disastrous Obama administration...

I also agree that both parties have had hands in it.
Indeed, the Iraq war and the funding of high risk loans are both major causes of the economic woes the country is currently experiencing and both took place during the GWB administation.
It's easy for those of less education to point their fingers at Obama, but reality points backwards to where the debt began.
I disagree about it making no difference in President.

When George W. Bush first took office, the US economy was in a surplus. When Barack Obama took office, the US economy was in a deficit.
Barack Obama was born from an American mother. According to American law, you are a citizen if born in US territory OR born from US citizen. This therefore renders the birther's argument moot.
About half the people who voted for Obama voted for him because his name was Not George Bush.

Obama's strongest and loudest opponents are a woman who served half a term as governor to a sparesly populated state before quitting, a news channel well known for its bias, the owner of a multmimillion dollar company whose ego is legendary, and a whole slew of people whose contributions to America are barely registable.
The Tea Party has done nothing for my people of Puerto Rico. In fact, there isn't even a Tea Party in Puerto Rico.
But you know what cheer up, situation isint the same in Iceland,Grece ,Ireland ,Portugal,Italy,Spain,Belguim .....thats just the ones your hear the most about, Practicaly all have a gdp debt ratio of over 90% and the results are the same, huge debts .Our world leaders (most)are very bad at math...

There was no attack on you. You read between lines that weren't there. However, you do write as though you are quite uneducated. Also the juvenile name calling is somewhat typical of an extreme Republican. Most more moderate (and more educated) Republicans don't behave as badly.

Congress has much to do in regards to the economy. They are a legislating body that enact and pass laws of all kinds and many of those laws are economically based...please take a college course in geopolitics as well as survey of macroeconomics..you can really use it!!!
