stevie williams calling out tiger woods is like the yankee batboy calling out a-rod. thats what a caddie is a to a golfer his batboy. if williams knows so much aboubt golf why dos'nt he swing clubs instead of carying them.

No, a batboy doesn't give advice at all and is an employee of the francise, not the batter.
Caddies are relied upon for their advice about the course & rules. Obviously, caddies are not as good golfers, as the golfer himself. But, they do advise from experience.
