Are you a happy person?
Or the kind of person who ALWAYS finds faults with others? Even when you have people in your life who try to please you or try to make you laugh? ..One lesson some people never learn is, happiness starts within ourselves. We are not going to get anywhere in life being negative all the time or overly critical of others..Especially if we ourselves are not perfect.
One thing that really is a downer is folks who are ALWAYS complaining constantly and crying in their beer..
Saying things every day like, oh poor me, I only got 200000 pairs of shoes and not 30000000...
Or some one makes them a nice dinner and gives a back rub afterwards and the receiver of this nice gesture just bitches and complaines and says well why didnt you rub my back for 4 hours instead of 3?
And oh my steak had a microdot of fat that you needed a microscope to see, but ewwwwww, omg it had some fat on it?
I mean really, those people need some good therapy for years and a serious kick in the pants as a wake up call..jeesch..what a ball and chain they would be to live with.. real downer for sure.

That will change.
Hmm I'm happy when I forget what I don't have. I read a good book or watch a funny movie and I feel happy.
Seriously, SOME people are NEVER happy.
You are right and I've blogged this previously,
happiness is intrinsic.
I am a simple, dreamy and romantic person .. Maybe a bit moody but I know I would appreciate it if someone made some effort to do something nice to me ..
Guess what? Happiness is today having air in our lungs and counting our blessings that we have "today"..No matter how small we think our blessings are, there is "always" someone out there who has less than us..
Hi African.. ya i realize we all have a bad day once in awhile, but omg some folks are never happy..Such a shame they cannot live life and enjoy a day just looking at the beautiful world and nature even.
Yes we all have a bad day once in awhile, but it is a serious problem if we focus on bad things "every" day of our lives..
Thank you Frankie..
Of course alot of us get the blues once in a while and maybe something from the past triggers it, but dwelling on it every day of our lives is only going to hurt us.
I deal with problems like everyone else, but I usually only need a day to get over it then move on and have a happier day the next day. Some folks are negative forever and nothing anyone can say or do will help them..Pretty sad for them that they choose to be so negative all the time.
lol! kiddin .. ain't true ...
well ok, more than one drink...
They refuse to allow themselves to be happy and they dont want others to be happy either.
I dont think any of us have had a perfect life but it is how we handle things and look at life that helps bring us back up.
Today I got to go out and swim and even little things like that will put a smile on my face..Life is just too short to always be complaining or negative.
1. It's very important to realise that u ain't perfect in the first place and to do u best to approach perfection comfortable in the knowledge that you ain't ever gonna get there.
2. It's also important to keep an eye open for 'defects' in others. That way, one can find a way round 'em and co-exist/interact better with the individual in question.
3. Nagging is completely useless... I'd rather act or if that ain't possible, I'd rather contemplate a solution in peace. If I have to point out something to someone, I'd do it in the most constructive way possible.
..all that was theory though .. in practice, we all tend to nag here and there and fire a tantrum at times... I believe that it is humanly impossible to be 100% consistant in one's behaviour.
I have people around me who make him look like a boyscout so he did not look so bad at first
@mrhuggs..awww, well thats good you keep yourself happy. eventually someone will come along and appreciate that with you.
Sure is, am trying to happy in many ways, but sometimes, when I feel dead-end ... i need time to get sad a lil bit.
Just remind my self that am not that tough.
When I've traveled to other states like Florida where many folks are friendly, kind and care about their neighbors..
