I Like Horror Films... So What?

Yesterday I received some emails from my friends here (CS). They were shocked when they knew one of my hobby is watching horror films! They said:
"How come? I can't believe it!" (It's ok, I still save him).
"You make me scare! A lady like you watching horror films?" (And I blocked this man because he scares of me..ggrrr!

).
"Your hobby is freak, darling I can't imagine!" (I also blocked this man although he called me "darling"! He said as if when the fullmoon comes, I will change to be a werewolf!

)
"Wow what a surprise! But I like dogs ahahah...!" (Hhmm I still save this man).

Yeah I like watching horror films; dracula, vampire, werewolf, exorcism, demon, ghost...so what? It doesn't mean that I will suck human blood like a vampire or I will change to be a werewolf; howling and eat human

How shallow!

I don't know yet how the others reactions if they also knew my hobby. I need a mature man with healthy logical mind, so I don't want to waste my times for the "shallow" ones. God bless you all!

The one I liked, but could not watch, was Hellraiser. The guy with the nails in his head gave me nightmares! Funny, they still come out of my brother's collection on Halloween. We have a party every Halloween, people dress up and we have movies running all night, a BBQ going, and ghost stories are told by one and all. Fun!

The most I like is Brams Stolker's Dracula, Exorcist 1-4, The Omen, Constantine (Keanu Reeves), Van Helshing, The Others (Nicole Kidman) and Twilight Saga 1-3 and still many more.

I love horror movies as well.I just don't go around trying to act them out.Most people who like them are polar opposites to the actual villians.How can you beleive in good if you don't beleive there is evil?

The exorcist is my all time favorite.
Nightmare on elm street really got you thinking what if, with the whole dream idea.
Poltergeist, a true story!

I'm not into the slasher stuff much though but I like my mind to be challenged too.

As a kid I couldn't wait till Friday night fir creature feature to come on.son of sven ghoulie. Loved it!

Oh yes Brip6, of course I believe there are evils (do you know Lucifer?), besides there's God and His angels. That's why I like Excorsist movies (the newest one in my country is The Rite- Anthony Hopkins).

Ha..ha..ha.. You're right about the real horror (for the most CS members): the ex and the lawyer! Yes, yes!

Thank you too for your nice comments. Yes, same with you, I like The Exorcists movie so much! And I also have watched The Nightmare on The Elm Street- Freddy Krueger...wow I can't imagine if we couldn't close our eyes even for only fall asleep! It must be so tortured!

Poltergeist, yes I've watched them too. At first I always watched if my tv have already turned off or not yet!

Yes I've watched "What Lies Beneath" (Harrison Ford?), great movie. Maybe you should watch "Hide and Seek" (Al Pacino).

Besides the horror movies I also very enjoyed "The Lord of The Ring", Titanic, Independent Day and Armageddon.

Rose, there is an internet only movie that is a prequel to lord of the rings. Its only about 40 minutes but is really good. I highly recommend it but I don't remember the name. Maybe do a search for lird of the rings. I can't remember how I found it.
