People of the earth,

As I sit a little to far back in my chair, I begin to stare a hole in the ceiling, wondering about things in life. I can hear the low hum of the of the heater, the clicking of others typing away at their keyboards, lost in the patten of thier own lives, and loud tics of the clock as they seem to echo though the halls of my foreign prison.

And thats about the time I thought about me. Why me? Why am I here? What am I supposed to do? Me, me, me. If I just go home now, will any body notice I'm gone? I bet not. I don't even get invited to lunch. But thats a good thing see, I don't feel like them any way. If I show up in a red tie, will anyone say anything? But why did I pick the red tie? I don't even know.

To tell you the truth, if your reading this, you must be pretty bored. Who would have thought that 3 would be a huge number? 3 months from now I get to go home. But home to what? My apartment? My shitty job? My family perhaps?

Oh yes my family! I remember them! My mom, my dad, my brother, my sister, and my dog! But that was ages ago. I haven't seen or heard form my mom in 6 years. My dad is still, well my dad! And I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for him. I owe him a debt which can't be repaid. My brother, who at the age of 15, finds it easier to fly his plane on mondays, then to drive. My sister, the mommy to be. And my dog who was givin to me by my dad when I was 6! He was put down when I was 17 and at basic training, because he " ATTACKED" another dog in MY YARD.

Oh yes my family. To me, family is a dirty word. But like everything with dirt on it, they can be cleaned. Made to shine. Much like my family was before my mother left. But lets get off that subject. I would rather not dwell in the past anyway.
