cytr , yes morgen got in the way , ....it realy depends on the people around us , and how we let our selve be treated by others to suit the situation , like how we are when we are out with friends and how we are to the landloard or our own family ....

ad If we want to live alone , then with great joy ,we can be as smart , sarcastic and obnoctious as we like

People see how you respect yourself. That's the point :)

I must admit that I have found that people respond to the way you present yourself, rather than the way you feel inside. Sometimes I might be feeling really down, but I maintain a friendly smile and people would respond to that. there times I might be feeling frivolous and in a teasing mood, but have a stern outward appearance, and people would pick up on my appearance rather than my feelings.

So basically, what you project into the world is what people respond to.

"For some reason i started loving you 23min ago Oly."

Morgenulv - for me, it would have been way before this.

Cytrynka - I agree with you. A woman reporter experimented with this very concept. She got into the dumpiest clothes she could find, and then took her VW Bug on the freeway and stopped, pretending that her VW was disabled. Not one person stopped. Then she changed into much fancier clothes and repeated the experment. Voila! Tons of guys stopped to help. In fact, the guys were almost fighting to be the one to help her. This proves Cytrynka's point - that people judge us for the way we dress, the way we talk, how much money we have, what we look like, the kind of job we have and a whole host of other things. Three times in my life, I have met people that instantly disliked me. You know the look - that look of hatred the instant they see you. I've never understood how someone can dislike another person like that, without even knowing them.
If you treat yourself nice, then you won't allow others treat you bad. That doesn't mean that bad people would start treating you nice, just that you would know to set boundaries when you see that behavior. If you treat yourself bad, you wouldn't be able not only to protect yourself from others, but often to recognize bad behavior towards you as well.
...yup! What I said, choose how you are but you cannot choose how others are.
Well...It could be true. But Jesus was wise and lovely person and sounds people did not treat me as well.
Many people misundertood Buda, also. I would say some more names but I have to get the list
