how to convince

Today my partner is very angry with me. Today morning she told me go to party with her but I unable to take time her. when I return, try to convince why I was unable to get time. I catch my ears and said sorry and stand and sit 50 times but she is still angry with me she is saying I am layer. She only saying one time you lie with me you can lie every time. First of all, i have a question in my mind "my partner" means is it your wife or a close friend etc.. and you have to be specific about it in your explanation. Whatever may be, she would prefer and want to go with her and you were unable to do so. Did you promise her that you would accompany her? Why she said you are a "Lier" ? My advise is that, allow the time settle the matter. Emotions are momentary thing and it will never last. Gradually, she would be cool down and back to normalcy soon. Understand her, do not agrue with her when she is angry(no use) and love her.conversing love handshake comfort hug

Leave her alone. She is still in upset emotion. Later if you see she is calm down, try to touch her hands and say that you are sorry, that it won't happened again and mean that!

I guess the key is that she is upset that you
didn't MAKE time to be with her.
We all have 24 hours per day to CHOSE what we
do with it. She sees that you have not chosen
to spend it with her at a party that was apparently
important to her. Give her time to cool off and
try to make more time for her in the future.
Give her these bouquet with your apology and then
walk away. When she is ready to talk about it,
you will not be able to stop her from doing so. laugh

It sounds to me like maybe he had a job or a prior commitment to something that he had to fulfill. If he wasn't sick, and had no commitments for that evening, and he still didn't go, then she would be mad at him. Maybe she wanted him along so he could protect her at the party.
