a lil discretion plz?
This Really burned me
Where i work there are 3 of us who handle all the paperwork for our location. 2 of us split the weekend and nights. The other works 9-5 Mon- Fri. I'm new at this place pretty much and it seems when ever these too heifers decide not to go to work i cover. Now, the girl who DOES NOT WORK THE WEEKEND decides to pull a "no call no show" this past Monday. Of course i gotta cover so i do so. She shows up the following day with some dramatic story (weather true or not i know she'd have one). Then later in day she proceeds to tell me what a fabulously fun weekend she had. I guess she had so much fun it made her sick by Monday morning . So sick she couldn't even call, not even one of her three kids could call for her. What kills me the most is how much SHE believes her stories.
You can't not show up for work, have people pick up your slack then come back and tell them how much fun you had!

I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with the inconsideration of others. It's a shame that they can't see what they are doing because of their own selfishness. Hopefully, you will be able to move up elsewhere in the company.
