From the depths of her hell,

Comes her broken cries

Broken promises,

Broken lies.


Shattered pictures,

Drawings on the wall,

Why does mummy stay?

Is it love after all?


Time after time,

He steals her respect,

He beats her soul,

With out any regret.


Lower and lower,

She does fall,

Can he change?

Or do his words mean nothing at all
