Picturesque ending to a wonderful day
Today I went to Carnegie Lake and met some new friendsand some possible clients as well.
And it's always nice to see old friends there & here.
I took a portfolio of pictures for people to see as I
took photos of the local wildlife.
I also put out a bowl of Halloween candy to treat those
walking by and it was a big hit with quite a few.
About 20 of those photos taken today
were of a mating pair of bald eagles
soaring high above the lake in search of fish.
Just before dusk, I photographed the sunset.
There were no clouds in the sky, so the sunset was not
spectacular. So instead, I was focused (literally)
on using flocks of geese as silhouttes against
the glowing orange background.
I JUST moments ago posted a 75 photo album on another site.
It covered photos that I shot during the third week of August
this summer.
Obviously, I can't post many of those here.
It's not set up to do so.
So, here's one of those photos, appropriately,
a sunset trees silhouette. Enjoy !

I was out at the river side yesterday
the sun setting was a sight also.
I did not take the shot though, now
I regret it.
Still that is a super shot well done
and thank you for sharing.
I'm glad you all enjoyed the sunset.
May you see many thousands more.
