Hi Aswina, good to see you again. Nice blog. I dont think everyone can be happy 100% of the time. We all have our moments and situations, but I think happiness is always there within our hearts and souls, and life is too short to go around looking for reasons to be unhappy everyday. I believe that happiness is found in "little things" in our life..

for ex..

Staying at home , watching tv, without thinking anything else..
Having a drink, with a friend, talking..
Holding your kid , from the hand.. leading him/her to school..
or watching with him/her her favourite cartoons on tv, and laughing together..

etc..etc..

The only problem is, that because all these examples I mentioned before, are "little things" we don't realize the happiness that hidden in them...

Seeing children smiling and the joy on their faces when they open gifts at Christmas and on birthdays and just generally having fun. And as I did today walking along the coast just to relax before working tomorrow and the weekend makes me happy. I get happiness seeing the people I care about happy. As someone said the little things. At the end of the day even money can't buy happiness that has to come from within.
