How to Save Energy During the Holidays...
This month in particular is a very stressful time for people. A down economy with lots of gifts to buy....Hurry, hurry, busy, busy.In the end you are exhausted, maxed out credit cards and depressed....Here are some helpful tips....
1)Start shopping before you go to the stores...Look up sales, coupons, discounts
2) Make lists of exactly what you want and how much to spend
3) Try to shop during the "off-hours" when it is less busy and do not go into the "collective-consciousness during peak hours
4) Don't forget to eat or take a break for yourself! You are your own best-friend
5)If all else fails...I always suggest a nice glass of Mead!!
6)Meditate first, be peace, and go out in the world after that!
7)Buy yourself a gift! Wrap it and be happy-at least you will have one thing you really like!!

I did shop online to get an idea of prices, then i went out and had a better sense of what were really the "deals".
I got myself a nice pair of winter boots. i won't be wrapping them, i will be wearing them ASAP.
