I don't think I would ever lead anyone on unless it was just for joking purposes...I have had to try and lead my cousin on when something was completly wrong but it was because I was told by family not to tell her that her step dad would tell her. I broke and told her. I can't lie to people. In this case her mom was dying! My mom kept telling me "your a strong girl you can do it." I cooked dip for school that morning for a party my mom told me not to. Because it was the only way I could get myself together. Leading someone on happens all the time though some can do it and maybe somewhere out there some good may come outta it. But leading someone on is just not for me.
