meat marination
wash all meat product thoroughlychicken : marinate wirh lime and curd for 1/2 an hour.
mutton : marinate with lime only
pork: marinate with a cup of rock salt first for 3 hours then
rinse 5 time soak then for five minute then drain out all the water completely and marinate with vinegar with masala for half an hour
beef: marinate for 0ne hour with vinegar and masala
beef tongue and ox tongue:for over night weight marination with lime only.a lot of beat and piercing with the fork
fish: only with salt for five minute
but if making a rechiado then vingar and masla for hour and hour
liver: salt and pepper for five minutes
