9/11 Memorial visit

On Thursday Feb 9th 2012 I returned to visit the Memorial to the 2983 people who's names are enscribed there. It was the first time I had been back since witnessing the events of Sept 11th 2001 from a few blocks away on Greenwich Street. I have to say it was an emotional sombre moment for me returning.
How peaceful it is now to dwell by the twin memorials and get lost in the sound of waterfalling. Perhaps now I will finally lay to rest my memories of that day.sad flower

I understand you.
I felt so sad and I cried when I was in 2009 in NY and I visited the place where Twins were... No words...

I thought about posting a picture of the site... then found the web site for the memorial... and a picture there...

broken heart
never easy to return to where there are bad memories, but sometimes its necessary, to let the heart bleed its tears.sad flower
Let em all Rest In Peace...
I hope the world learnt something from 9/11, beside revenge.
