Goat Fried Rice Ingredients:
* White rice, 400 grams
* A young goat meat, 200 grams, cut into cubes
* Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
* Oil cumin, 1 teaspoon
* The leaves of onion, 3 stalks, cut into rough
* Cabbage / lettuce, 2 pieces, cut into rough
* Tomatoes, 1 fruit, cut into rough

Subtle spice:
* Garlic, 3 cloves
* Onion, 5 points
* Red chili, 2 pieces
* Cayenne pepper, 3 pieces
* Pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon
* Sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
* Salt, to taste
* Granulated sugar, to taste

complement:
* Fried Onion, to taste
* Crude Pickles (cucumber, pineapple, chili sauce)
* Shrimp Crackers

How to cook Fried Rice Goat:
1. cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
2. Enter the lamb, cumin oil and cabbage. Stir well. Close the pan, and cook until meat is tender.
3. Add the other ingredients, and cook, stirring frequently until the flavors mingle. Lift.
4. Serve warm with a complement.

Salted Fish Fried Rice Ingredients:
* White Rice 450 grams
* Chicken eggs 1 egg, beaten
* Fish sauce 45 grams of bread, cut into small dice
* Leaves onion 2 stalks, cut into 1 cm
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Salted Fish Fried Rice Seasoning:
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Red onion 2 eggs, chopped
* Sweet soy sauce 1 teaspoon or to taste
* Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
* Sauce king taste 1 tablespoon
* Salt to taste
* Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to cook Salted Fish Fried Rice:
1. Heat oil, pour the egg. Make scrambled until cooked.
2. Add fish sauce, stir-fry salted fish until golden brown.
3. Add the garlic and onion, saute until fragrant.
4. Enter the other ingredients, except green onions and stir well. Cook until cooked and the flavors mingle.
5. Enter the green onions and stir well. Lift.
Serve warm.

Children's Menu Recipes - Fried Rice Roll
Roll Fried Rice Ingredients:
* White rice, 350 grams
* Sausage beef, 1 small, diced
* Beans, peas, 2 tablespoons, ready to use
* Sweet corn, 3 tablespoons, are ready to use
* Carrots, 1/2 fruit, diced, boiled
* Chicken eggs, 2 eggs, scrambled for a wide and thin
* Leaf lettuce / spinach is sufficiently wide, warm water immersion
* Cooking oil, 1 tablespoon
* Margarine, 2 tsp

Roll Fried Rice Seasoning:
* Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
* Red onion, 3 eggs, chopped
* Tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons
* Sweet soy sauce, 1 teaspoon
* Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
* Salt, to taste
* Granulated sugar, to taste
* Pepper powder, 1 teaspoon

How to Make Fried Rice Wrap:
A. Heat oil and margarine, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Enter the other spices and stir well.
3. Add rice and stir well.
4. Add sausage, peas, sweet corn and carrots, and cook, stirring frequently, until all the ingredients cooked, remove from heat.
5. Arrange leaves of lettuce / spinach, according to the form of an omelet on top of plastic, put the egg / omelet on top of lettuce / spinach.
6. Pour the fried egg on top to taste, roll and padatkan. Cut the roll of fried rice to taste. Serve.

Serves 4 Fried Rice Roll

Tips Fried Rice Wrap:
* Sausage or vegetables are used, can be changed according to taste.
* In addition to wound, you can print fried rice according to the preferred form of the little guy.

Citra, I have had shrimp, pork, chiken , beef, and even combination fried rice but I have never had goat . Down here in Puerto Rico they have a salted cod they call bacalao and they sometimes serve it mixed with rice .
Citra...There are a Few Goats on here you can make Fried Rice with!!
