Everyone needs to know

On Saturday, February 4 I was trying to sleep. I kept hearing someone on a phone under my window. This happens a lot. people from the back apartments come here to the front to talk on cellphones. Well, I overheard him doing a drug deal, so I went to my window, opened it, and politely asked him if he could go somewhere else to talk, and he politely told me to shut up, that he was talking. So, I told him ok then, I'll just call the police. As I tried to close the window, he placed his hand in and reopened it. I walked to my desk and he was half way in my window as he screamed, Dont call the police dude!. I reached for my stun gun, and zaped it in the air and he ran laughing saying I had a gun. I called the police. When they came, they had shotguns pointed at me. I was arrested for Aggrivated Assault. The police even said I had a lazer on his chest, which there was no lazer on the stun gun. It has a white plastic flashlight. I never aimed the stun gun at the cop either. I held it toward the ceiling out where he could see it because he had a shotgun pointed at me. The guy that tried to come in my window didnt want to talk to the police, so the police trumped up a few false charges on me. Message to the reader...Dont come to Murfreesboro and expect to defend you'rself. You may be arrested!

No Sur laugh laugh a Stunt Operationgrin grin
Some of the officers at the jail were laughing about it, lol. Plainly they knew it was a small, square stun gun. the kind you have to be up close to use. No projectile prongs or anything. The deputies said the 2 rookie officers that came here were having competitions on how many they can arrest. 1 was 21, the other was 23. They are being made fun of by a lot of officers now because of how they arrested me, a 40 year old disabled man with a pacemaker.
At least you had a good laugh wizardlaugh laugh keep the spirit alivethumbs up
Yes sweet. hard to laugh but its always nice. laugh

Cops need to get more training. They must lose their sense more often now. Well, I also saw the drugs transaction everyday in my hometown environment. It's like Las Vegas where drugs and gamble are exist here, not legally but some cops are in.
I was a security officer by profession before I became disabled. I used those small stun guns in the past, and they latched onto my belt. Sometimes, I would have posts where I sat in my car for hours at times and watched job sites, and I remember getting out of the car or getting back in and being shocked by the stun gun. I would say that if back then I had the pacemaker implant, it would have set it off somehow. Luckily last month I went to the doctor and Medtronics checked the pacemaker and the battery life is still good. That means it hasn't been set off yet.
That's bad that your insurer couldn't cover your hospital fee. I hope you asked them the reason behind that.

Well, have you thought to solve the problem to avoid people stand under your window? It must be so uncomfortable, especially when you are used to be a cop. The feeling is thriller :)
Also, they have not stopped coming to my window and talking on cellphones. Its still going on, and I refuse to call the police now. In fact, they know the police are on their side now, and they talk louder now and even knock on the windows.
I think you have more problems then someone standing under your window and should get some help.
Cant zmale. Every lawyer wants $3000.00 up front and being disabled I cant pay that. We also cant move into a different area because we are on disability. All I can do is get a public defender and hope for the best.
