Are we "REAL"

Why is it that women on dating sites want the Brad Pitt/George Clooney type of guys? Dont they understand that they are on a dating site, and if they could get the perfect guy, he wouldn't be on a dating site, some other women would have him.
Why are ladies so rude that they dont respond to flowers, winks, or msg's?
I was taught to be polite, even if it was to say thanks but no thanks.
MANNERS seems to be in everyone's profile somewhere, but it seems they are very rarely used.
I guess this is more of a rant than a blog.
I would be interested to see what the ladies say.
I have many questions to put forward, but will stop here and see what the response will be.

well for me, personally i dont look for a goerge or a brad! i look @ where he lives, does he have a job, interests etc, and if im not interested i sent a thank you for the flower and thats it

Not Brad nor George are my type of man. I am looking for a NICE MAN whom I can love and who can love me. It seems though that is harder to find such a man than to date the mentioned "stars".

There is a reason why most women don't reply to a flower when she is not interested. When she replies thanks but no thanks, some guys will keep writing back either being abusive or just hounding on her. When there is no reply, its clear what her intentions are and leaves no questions and less headache for all party's involved.

Finally a man said it. Count it as a blessing in disguise. If a woman can't say at least thanks when they get a flower why would you want to have anything to do with a person like that?. As they say "Forget about it".

The most of the women here in Blogs area don`t think Brad Pitt and G. Clooney are the most wonderful guys! And I can bet for this fact! So, if you want tell something to some ladies you can speak their names.

Simmo1, you could be on to something, but I for one am not going to put any time in talking to someone who doesn't catch my interest from the beginning. For me, it's the message that's most important and not a silly profile pic. I do reply to some, but not to all.

I disagree with your statement about sacrifices have to be made... why? I've seen 2 relationships fail and made a promise to myself never to settle in love again.
Why not wanting the best match for yourself? If I can't have it all, I prefer to stay single; we're all free to choose.

I have to say Simmo I agree with the ladies,,,I also do not reply to every lady who makes contact with me,,its just not worth the aggro and missunderstandings..What gets up my goat and not for myself but for our gender is the Primary reviews..Just checkout how many ladies get comments and how many for men...Women normally get alot more then men,,why??? Because women and men comment on women,but hardly any women or men comment on men..Why is that??? ps sorry to hijack your blog!!!
