Why do men bluited hope up?

They get u n a deep reltionship and say he wants this and wants u and cant b w/out u . Then drops u like no other says no i am not going 2! And then when u say hey! lets do sumthg! NO! Oh my goodness ! Man wonder y we go nuts cuz of them.
