Oswald Chambers: A person who is a beautiful saint can be a hindrance in leading people to the Lord, presenting only what Christ done for him instead of presenting Jesus Christ Himself. Others will be left with this thought- What a fine person that man is! That is not being a true friend of the bridegroom' I am increasing all the time He is not.

Ever had someone say no one follows you or your not good enough this and that and that and this. I call it un necessary stress and worry.
Paul was saying here my preaching won't me trying to lead you to Christ but me being a Spiritual vessel to Christ so He can draw men and women to Himself. Reality is if people are following you, you are trying to be Jesus and that's a huge no no people lol. Example I've told this story a million times. My cousin a man I don't like at all was dating an atheist. ((I didn't click with her either.)) Didn't mean I had hate in my heart or wanting her or him to go to hell. One day at Church they sit beside me. I'd been praying Lord some people are hopeless won't listen and I'm sick of telling them about ya and getting no response.
I was really Spiritual that morning, during invitation I prayed Lord I don't talk to this person and pretty sure never will can you please draw her to yourself Lord. Well with the quickness she was shaking crying and all in a jerk. The Lord revealed Himself to her in Spirit. So the reality is with a voice or without you can be a great service to Christ by simply being a Spiritual vessel and always praying for the lost in the Spirit.
It's like this I have a glass of water I give it to someone and I tell them where the supply is of ((((endless)))) water kinda ends there. It's nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself or getting praise it gets wrong when you hinder salvation for the sake of attention.
Let Faith rest on the Spirit of God and not the non sense of men.
