Help for smokers
Thousands of people die from the effects of smoking each year,not only from cancer, but heart attacks and other diseases linked to smoking too.
The evidence is clear and overwhelming.
Unfortunately, it's something I've witnessed closely repeatedly.
I've seen members of my family & friends suffer and die,
because of smoking. Trust me, it's not a pretty thing to see.
I've also done cancer research; cell biology & genetics.
With all that is known about the links to smoking and bad health,
most realize that it's clearly stupid to smoke.
But, don't get me wrong, I am not here to chastise smokers.
I know nicotine causes a powerful addiction
and that most of you are smart enough to at least want to quit. Perhaps the following (imperfect) video will at least help you a bit to do so.
For the sake of yourself and those around you, I hope so.

My Aunt is now permanently on oxygen with COPD because of it.
