Born Happy

Were we not all born happy?you are happy if you decide to be happy. Being grateful is essential, high self esteem is helpful, your choice, your decision to be positive or negative.emotions, how you truly feel determines you life, why not love yourself, and others? Decide to be beneficial to all lifeforms in the universe, what could it hurt?More love in the universe,a good thing right?

I agree with you, Happiness is a choice it is not a result of something. Nothing will make us happy until we CHOOSE to be happy. Dont depend on others to make us happy. As said....Our happiness will not come to us, It can only come from ourself .

Happiness is not a conscious choice but a STATE OF MIND.

I don't think that babies are born happy as they only develop those emotions from 6 months old.
The first 6 months are spent in the survival mode.

I think throughtout our lives we slip into one or the other,

Myself i wear rose coloured spectacles most of the time,dancing

I have a friend and it is her nature to see the bleak side of anything. i joke with her and make her laugh but next time she still sees the bleak side, that is why we are friends laugh laugh for now anyway complete oppositesrolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

I agree more love in the universe would be a good thing better vibes floating around grin peace
