Phone Day !

One of those days that I spend on the phone. Not sure if I should consider it productive or not but spent almost whole day over the phone. Parts, appointments, more parts, more troubleshooting over the phone calls, more clients to be pacified, and everything I did was over the phone. I can not imagine how boring and dreadful it must be for the phone support people. I would not last more than a day if I had to work day in and day out over the phone. I have always teased people that I work with - the dispatch girls and such that how lucky they are for being paid to just sit and yak yak about anything and everything lol Although the brighter side is that I did get a lots of things going, shook some dead's and kind of accomplished somethings but I feel unproductive. So used to being active and moving around, driving around and everything. I do not feel like I worked at all - feel as if this day was spent in stagnancy. I can not sit around the phone like today - it would kill me. Glad, tomorrow is a regular day in the field. YAY
