Nature Photos; Painted Bunting couple
One of my photographic goals while in Florida last winterwas to photograph Painted Buntings.
And NO, I didn't paint them
that is what they are called.
These small colorful birds do not
let you get close to them.
So, I put a put a bird feeder in my backyard,
contructed a temporary blind
and used a 500mm lens.
On February 16th & 17th this year,
I was able to get these 4 photos,
that I posted on another site the other day
and already sold three 8"x10" glossy photos without
the text for $20 each and exact shipping costs.
But, here, you get to see these 4 photos
with the text totally for free.
The female painted bunting is green
and the male is multicolored.
Please click on each photo to see the whole photo and to restore resolution. Thanks.
