Higher Culture
What makes a person think they are part of a "Higher Culture" in this day and age ?What are the criteria or characteristics?
Is it Wealth ?
Is it all the real estates they own, or maybe all the family Monetary inheritance they have in the bank and that they don't have to work like the normal people in this world....
Or it Intelligence ?
Do they have to know more about Fine Arts, or classical music or politics.... Have they read more books or have a better knowledge on the world as to the normal person ?
Or is it Religion?
Do you have to be a Christian or Muslim or Buddhist ?
Or Colour of the Skin ?
Do you have to be a certain colour skin or eyes maybe even hair colour or maybe you have to be more beautiful on the outside to be part of a higher culture?
Or their Geographical location on the Map ?
Do you have to part of Europe or America or maybe a Scandinavian country?
Or is it the Food they eat, or etiquette, or moral and principals or is it even the air that they breath maybe it different ......... Lol
Sorry just trying to make sense ... I seen this statement been made a few times and I was wondering what make a person think they are of an higher culture.... :Dunno:

But a person of a higher culture would know that manners and politeness are an important part of everyone's day to day life.
So i guess if a person is being polite and using their manners, then maybe they r of a higher culture.

u can have an educated intelligence or be street smart intelligent, which of the 2 is more intelligent then
also there is experinced intelligence, something u learn as u live ur life, is this more intelligent than the other 2
having a smart wit, or sarcastic reply to someone, is that intelligence, having a mind that remembers more trivial stuff than others, is that intelligence.
We r all equal, it is only how we show respect, politeness, manners and how we treat our fellow man/women that should dictate who is of the higher culture.

Religion doesn't guarantee if you have good spiritual...I often see that hypocrite people use religion as a cover to legal their crimes...such as corruption, money laundry, etc...

still lives in a stone age or in the jungle,(we know that such ethnics still exist)then they'll probably will not have manners,politeness and intelliegence enough to have a higher culture.But there r many people belonging to any race ,having a higher culture,and reverse.
