Riita, no one can guarantee that you ll meet your special man here but this site gives some good opportunities. Many people have found their partners here :) I have met a great man too! Just browse profiles, go to the forums, on the blogs, use all the options the site gives.

As about Bulgaria, thank you for your kind words and you are always welcome to visit too! Bulgaria is economically stable, considering the crisis, and I hope things will improve gradually with time. Yes there are many people from the UK who own houses and live here or visit for the holidays.
