the chocolate diet (result)
Now to hold myself from not commenting on the stalking and bullying blogs (afraid if I might offense anyone), I just thought it's time for me to write another blog.
Last week I embarked upon a journey into the weird and fantastical realm of Korean fad diets. My Destination: Skinny Land. My Loyal Companion: Chocolate.
The ‘Chocolate Diet’, as invented by yours truly, consisted of eating a kilojoule specific amount of chocolate for a period of 2 weeks. Read about it here.
Though, before 2 weeks, I dropped the plan already. And actually the plan was almost dropped at the same day when I wrote the diet blog, my brother came by with his daughters and they actually robbed all of my choco supplies for one week of choco diet and since -like I once said- I'm cheap, of course I do mind if I have to spend money to buy more chocos, however I continue on the choco diet only I twisted my strategy just a little.
With my skill of convincing people that they really have to buy me chocos, I got my supplies back, without having to spend any dimes. Also with my creativity I have combined the diet with the advices of fellow bloggers.. I drink more water and I consume vegetables and fruits more and I actually skipped carbs. What's the results?
Weight-loss:
In total, I lost 1 kg in 1 week. However, I suspect that most of this was ‘water weight’ as opposed to actual body fat. My jeans do feel a teeny bit looser but I’m still terribly untoned. Fat that used to jiggle…continues to jiggle.
Skin:
I have never had any issues with acne. That is, until now. I’m not sure if it was stress, lack of sleep, PMS, the over-consumption of chocolate or a combination of the four but I completely broke-out on my forehead.
Mood:
When I’m hungry I get really really really grouchy (my friends and family will testify to this -in fact, they usually feed me in order to placate me).
At the end of this, I can honestly say I now know how underfed anorexic supermodels feel. My mood alternated from wanting to tear people’s heads off to constant repeating to myself “self-control, will power, self-control, willpower’.
Conclusion:
I don’t think I want to eat or even smell chocolate for a very long time. Was it worth the trouble to lose 1 or 2 kgs? Not really, simply because I think I’m going to gain all the weight back. Also I’m pretty sure I’m closer to getting diabetes than I was last week. *Sigh* Sacrificing my health for all you loyal readers hehe.
Though, I would try to live healthier by consuming fresh healthy food and do exercises, not only to fit in my old fave small jeans, but also because I want to be healthy and live longer because I still want and need to raise my baby and watch her growing up.
Cheers

The evil Wievil . . ..
Eat more food you make in home and give up any juices and soda, drink plany of tea made by you and water, as a sweetner for tea get some honey if you dont like drink it without. Also vegy and fruits include in your diet near the white meat and fish. Hope this help
I recommend starting slowly and only adding a little bit more
each time you do so.
Find some form of exercise you enjoy.
It not only helps burn off fat,
but helps the heart and the rest of the
cardiovascular system.
Cutting down on sugars and processed food, especially empty carbs is also quite helpful.
Thank you for being our guinea pig wtih this little experiment. Now we all know what NOT to do! meanwhile...wash it all away with a little

Hi fun... I myself happy that I decided to stop..
Hi Virgo.. Wow, I can't really stop eating fruits, I'm a fruit person hehehe I seriously am.. I believe that natural sweets won't do harm to my body.. But the thanks for the advice anyway..
5 pieces of fruit, natural sugar is not harmful.
5 kinds of veggies. Red, yellow and green. Especially leafy green. Carrots and potatoes too!
Vegan? Then no meat.
Meat eater? Chicken and fish only.
Cereals you have to cook. Oatmeal is the best!
Natural juices and water. (Laz chewed me out so no more Diet Soda for me, hee hee)
And make sure you eliminate ALL processed food! Cook your own meals because it's tastier and better for you!!
