"to believe or to suspect ?"

i find it easy to believe others until and unless they are proved otherwise ! suspecting others is most difficult and may be even impossible for me .this has thrown me out of gear several times, given me surprises and even shocks at times ! now, after all these years of experience and with lot of effort, i could come to a stage of "not believing/not suspecting" so that no one could give me a shock ! what is your opinion and experience in this aspect ?

I believe some and i don't listen to others. But at my age I don't really "hang around" alot of people anymore. Staying home and keeping busy has it's benefits.

Therefor, because I am minding my own business I really stay away from alot of drama.

nonsmoker ! i must listen to danayea ! i can't ignore what she says !(got it ?) but, then i've little choice in thir aspect ! it's my conditioning that dictates my behaviour !
