Is any one real here!

Hi: to every one
i want to ask about women here,is the women here is real, that lives in the states . That seem that every one i meet is not real.
That the real live out side from the states all they want from us men is money,to get home. I don't want to sound mean to.
Some of you women ,but that every women i meet is from a unknown.
