Hitting depression..
Hit the gym after many months yesterday. Been there today also.Well.. is it true, that exercise helps depression? Amazing, cos, I am so depressed that tears seem to be the only consolation.
Not that I have too many pounds to lose, if at all,I might get even skinnier. yet, may be exercise could cleanse the heart from all the black emotions that run within ME.
A part of me cries for you still,
and I wonder where my new friend is right now,
He seems to have wandered away without a bow,
You were the source that opened doors
to CS so I could pour all my woes,
Now it seems as though I must go on,
regardless of love that may never come
It may help to meet friends
to turn all the rough bends
with caution I must now tread
I fear, losing my CRAZY HEAD.............

You have articulated your feelings so poignantly.
I am re-iterating what others have posted.. that you are a very forgiving, passionate and loving person.
The hurt of rejection is very hard to replace at this time. None of us here can replace that. However with your positive approach in your life, your peotry and connections with friends there will be new light to replace the dark space left behind.
Let your hurt not create a feeling of distrust for that future partner.
You will come out of this so wiser and stronger for it.
Take care
Feel fortunate of being able to love many of us don't know what that feeling is.
You are hurt now but time heals everything.
Get out there and have fun, being busy and doing other things that you love will open doors for you.
Never hold those bad emotions within you let them go it will come a day when you least expect it and your heart will open again to a new love.
Have a good day!
you will find love again i've no doubt. look inside there's someone there, she's begging you to love her and she's so worthy, she'll never leave you, she'll cry with you, she is you. and she needs your help. treat her as you would your most precious friend. once you find the bond with her all things are possible.
be brave,
and keep takin good care you are on the right road
