Ideas stuck in time.
Today I was walking to work from lunch and saw a bunch of kids at the bus stop doing that motion to honk where they pretend to pull a cord. A couple people honked on the way by.I remember doing that exact same hand gesture 30 years ago two states away. I have no clue where I learned it and have not seen it on tv. Yet, anywhere I go, it seems both kids and adults know what that signal means. Odd
