Bali Trip
Hey Guys,Sorry I have been very busy and too tired to write down. Didn't realise that it has been over a year already. Time certainly flies.
Have decided to go to Bali for my Eid Holidays this year. I was planning to go to Switzerland, but couldn't take longer leave days from the office.
Bali is actually quite nice. I didn't go to Kuta this time, but I spent 2 nights in Sanur, 3 nights in Ubud and 2 nights in Seminyak. So far I had good experiences, meeting friends, enjoying food and of course the scenery.
Sanur is really nice. I stayed in a small hotel which was quite scary to me as the lock was really unsecured to me, a big city person. I almost moved out to a bigger hotel but then changed my mind. It has been an experience to me as the location is good. It was quite close to the famous local restaurent which I visited everyday. I even did bike riding around the beach and streets for over 5 hours non stop. I amazed myself.
I like my hotel in Ubud. I had spacious room. Still don't like the monkeys. Thankfully they didn't bother me this time when I was in Monkey Forest. I joined the Yoga class which is actually quite nice.
My hotel in Seminyak is modern, new and minimalist. It's perfect for me. The prices in Seminyak is ridiculous, thou. How come the price of tea is almost the same as corona? And you can guess what I chose, can't you? Yep, tea

Had a great time in Bali as well last year. A little village in the slope of Mount Batukaru was superb. Rocky mountain road
Where did you stay in Sanur? AP in Jalan Cemara was nice. Not cheap, but not expensive either. Spacious (and new) room.
Enjoy your vacation, if you're still there
Yep, Bali has been one of my favorite places to unwind, as it is closer to our city. Might have to search for new places if the prices keep getting up
nah, you just read them prior getting some
Hope I won't get everyone being bored here

The Bali trip was great. Had small issues but I could solve them right away. I stayed in G U L, near Kemari supermarket. It was really a small hotel and very quiet.
Noted for the little village in the slope of Mount Batukaru. Is it near the twin lakes?
I am back to my town, unfortunately. Dreaming on my next vacation
Thanks B, I did have fun in Bali
True about Sanur is nicer. Thanks for the photo
