It's good to be able to laugh with someone and I like someone who is secure in himself, they often tend to be outgoing.

There is more though and other things are equally important like being kind and caring, someone with a shoulder to lean on to and to share the good and the bad with.

Hello Scott1812,most people would agree that combination of both would be ideal but I would rather distinguish people from being honest or dishonest- than separate them from being reserved or fun outgoing as what it really matters in genuine honest good intention person
