......one day at a time ......a little closer each day ....how many more days are left is any one's guess ....some wish it to be real soon , like yesterday ....but others hope it will be never ...I picked up a piece of wood last night , it was only 8 inches by 4 inches by 17 feet long , and walked off with it to use on a wee job ...but today , I feel really old and sore ..we dont recover like we use to when we were young and stupid , we could go out and drink 14 jugs of beer and think nothing of it , now I don't drink at all other than water and hot chocolate drink ...

but I found a short cut ...a cheaper broadband plan from vodafone .. yes that's right , a cheaper plan with double the data ...and less cost , my old plan was about to run out of data and to keep online , I'd need to get another data block $$$$
and to my surprise ...I got a discount as well and I dont have to wait till next month befor it changed over ,plus I have another 45 gigs to go till the 3 rd of next month ....
your see, if you cut out alcholhol, artificial ingredients, fatty fried foods.
eat vegetables, fruit, herbs, spices, with your protein, and only drink water, nothing else.
you will see, your body will and thoughts will change into a 19 year old, or just about.
Im faster, stronger,have a better build and have more flings with young girls, than I did 20 years or so ago.
just my ears are bigger and nose bigger, and skin a bit thiner and wrinkles and frowns. your ears and nose growing bigger, unfortunately, that is a real bummer of getting older.
have teeth whitened a bit, and use banana, honey and egg paste masks, for a more youthfull and shiny glow to the skin aswell, although I havent got round to doing that yet.
