Remembering arcade games
Yes whether it be space invaders, paperboy, pinball, Star wars, Gauntlet, Mortal kombat, Street fighter, Racing car games, pin ball machines or the one armed band I remember them with a smile and sometimes confusion As to why I was sometimes hopeless at some of themPaperboy was one game I did not venture to far in but it was fun nun the less and I also remember blowing up the death star in the star wars game

Many a misspent hour was spent playing.
Moon patrol, Lunar lander, and my favourite, Xybots
At 10p a credit you had to get good quick
in later years of my youth I played space harrier and
Ghost and goblins.
You can play all the originals on your PC useing the MAME emulator.
Then Space Invaders, Pac man(I did not like), then Galaga.
On to Nintendo and onwards, still enjoying.
Another good one was RYGAR.
Nothing beats to classic arcade games. All these new games focus on bling, they look nice, but they lack that simplicity.
Yes I know about all the games available on the PC, but the experience is not quite the same as it was back then if you know what I mean
I was too young to drink at the time, but I made up for it in my teen years

How much fun was it to be so young and so carefree
I remember Playing arcade games, building snow men, climbing trees, roller skating, Ice skating, skateboarding which I was rubbish at hind n seek, building a tree house, dressing up for Halloween and going trick or treating, camping etc
