Difficulties getting to know people after 35.

Why is it so difficult getting to know people after 35?
I don't like to drink (pubs excluded), I don't like very loud music (disco's out), I like going hiking, sport and reading (I will never meet any one there).

Suggestions?

When I read Pub, I had to find out where you live. A pub in America is not quite the same as a pub in Ireland.

Join groups that do things that interests you.

yes i agree as i dont drink or go to clubs, pubs etc...but you can join different clubs or sporting events if you like that. There are alot of single ppl over 35 but alot do drink. There are other dating sites you can try.
