A song I really like says:

"I believe the most beautiful thing in the world are it's people
It's a beauty you can see with closed eyes
We are our best Saviour
We are our best hope"

I agree with this in so many levels. I know there are awful things we do sometimes against to eachother, but after all this years and in all my trips I can say I found more good people, willing to share their time and lifes with me. I have learned so much from them so I still have hope in human kind.

Oh I agree with that thought jarred. I had three dogs and they all were the best company but I still think good people are everywhere, maybe they are hard to find, but good things are not always easy.

One of the other great lessons I learned taught to me by my friend and mentor, Maya Angelou and if you can get this, you can save yourself a lot of time. Remember this because this will happen many times in your life: When people show you who they are, believe them, the first time. Not the 29th time! That is particularly good when it comes to men situations because when he doesn’t call back the first time, when you are mistreated the first time, when you see someone who shows you a lack of integrity or dishonesty the first time, know that that will be followed by many, many, many other times that will at some point in life come back to haunt or hurt you. When people show you who they are, believe them, the first time. Live your life from truth and you will survive everything, everything, I believe even death. You will survive everything if you can live your life from the point of view of truth. That took me a while to get, pretending to be something I wasn’t, wanting to be somebody I couldn’t, but understanding deep inside myself when I was willing to listen, that my own truth and only my own truth could set me free.

Most of human kind is seeking to love and be loved. However, those who know who they already are, know they've been loved since the beginning and that it's a thought process taught to us that we are not loved/valued/appreciated. And then sometimes we end up be
Irving what we are taught until we wake up...and our eyes are opened to a different perception. And yes need we are our only savior and hope in order to turn things around for the better. We must make that choice thought...

Jarred.....One thing I've learned, if we can't see the love and beauty in others.....we see none in ourselves and have nothing to offer anyone. Or ourselves... In spite of mistakes and hurting others...which each and every one of us do, we must forgive those who've hurt us so we can forgive ourselves for not being as we want and or wanted to be. Without forgiveness our hearts and mind we are held in bondage to the one/ones that have caused us The feelings we have......and the ones who are causing the "feeling" in us is us....
