I’m Leaving! I Quit! I’m Done Here!
I have been with CS for about a year and a half now and I have never seen so many people leaving as of late; almost as if it has become the latest fashion to leave. Luckily most of them are back within hours; at the most a few days. And every time we have such a mass exodus I am a very worried man. At the rate of departure, CS might be forced to invite some banned members back; just to maintain a respectable member count and that won’t do.
Come on guys and dolls; make up your mind whether you want to be here or not. If you feel that you need an extended break then say so and take your break. If you want to quit CS altogether then say your good byes and go! Don’t make a funeral of it. You are undermining your own credibility by playing yo-yo. If you don’t like the site, don’t poison the others; let them form their own opinion.
On the other hand, if you don’t really want to leave and are just pissed off with somebody, just retire quietly, think about it for a day or two and come back when you feel better. You don’t sell your house because some guy, four houses down the road, is irritating you. No matter where you go, you will always get somebody to irritate you and undoubtedly you too will work on somebody’s tits. Stick around; this is a nice a place.
The “I’m leaving” theme must have been one of the most popular blog topics during the last month or three and it is getting hollow now. I’m sure we can find something better to blog about.
I’m sorry if my blog topic got some people all excited for nothing, but I’m not quite ready to leave. If and when I do, nobody will want me back. I shall burn all bridges behind me to make sure I don’t make a fool of myself.
Have a good Wednesday and please don’t quit yet. The day is still young.

I have to be careful in deciding "good bye" as I would not be coming back here again...
I view those type of blogs as being somewhat religious.
There always seems to be a "resurrection" within days, sometimes even hours.
there was once a member here who would always say he was leaving, he made more comebacks than Dame Nellie Melba.
have to do some Laundry , I`ll be back in an hour
Everybody is free to come and go as they see fit but what make a ritual about it? Or is it just for the sensation?
Some of these blogs give me the impression of a toddler throwing their toys out of their pram.
There are may holy men on the site and some does not even wait three days to be resurrected.
Very hard the day to tell the departed from the returned and the dead from the reborn.
First time I see you here? Then welcome.
Hmm, that is more or less what I think as well.
I never could understand why people feel the need to explain and justify their departure to a bunch of total strangers
Others i am sure write they are leaving without giving it much thought and then decide to stay, Whilst others, they write it, but stay in the background reading the blogs but no longer participating.
I remember about 2 years ago, someone (cant remember who) wrote a "goodbye cruel CS blog i'm leaving"
My comment was
"don't let the door hit you on your way out"
needless to say that person then hung around to make a fool of themselves until they were banned.
But resurrections and reincarnation do happen.
Last year this time I went missing for three months on an extended holiday and and when I returned some of my friends were very upset with me for not telling them. So yes, inform your friends and scoot off quietly.
I was thinking the same thing...
I was waiting for a veteran of CS to say it...I've gotten in a lot of trouble for being the "opinionated" new girl...
But the again!!! I'm entitled!
Right, why try to drag others away when you are upset with a place. If I am upset with somebody, I cannot expect you to be upset with him as well.
Now that is funny.
Sad, true, but very funny.
Guess we will read about it somewhere soon.
I think the answer came out loud and clear so far.
Hulle soek net iemand om hul ore te kielie.
Are you sure you cannot remember who it was?
I have gotten to know you as a guy with an excellent memory. I'm the senile one around here.
You mean you were done with CS but CS was not done with you yet.
It's a nice a place.
And then there are a few who only comment when they can criticize.
But we need them too, I suppose.
well i did try and have a party to celebrate his leaving (yet again), but there have been so many names since i'm not quite sure exactly which person it was. I have a sneaky suspicion he thought he was a colourful bloke.
Hmm, so much like some burglars who make a mess on a guy's desk when they could not get the safe cracked.
Pity about the party being cancelled. I planned to attend.
So it is like that in the Forums as well.
I thought it was local to here.
Entitled or empowered?
You should have said it, I was waiting all the time for a newbie to foot his/her foot in it but with nobody forthcoming, I had to do it myself.
True, I have seen that as well but give it to him - he is mostly right!
I have designed the heading of my blog for a very special audience. You have to cater for all here. I suppose they found the rest of the blog rather disappointing but at least they got the early excitement.

You don't get out much do you Cat?
And why did everybody leave it to me. I have heard twice now that I did this blog only to get some attention.
