I reme ber the girl shot her school up because she didn't like Mondays and I remember john lennon getting shot too . I remember stand up washes by mum in the kitchen sink, baths on sundays ready for school. I remember kojak, starsky and hutch (david soul}The dukes of Hazard, charlies Angels, fame,and captain kirk from startrek, im so ol I remember watchin Starwars and jaws at the cinema.im so old I remember getting our 1st vcr and watching E. T. and the exorcist, oh and im so old I remember the sooby doo cartoon where they were much older than me...ha ha got a bit carried away there excuse me for bein' this old .thanks gnite sheep
I am so old, my very first TV show was Kukla Fran and Ollie....
listened to all the old radio shows...Inner Sanctum, Life of Riley, Gildersleeve, so many oldies not necessarily goodies
I remember when we teenage girls were able to get a family car, gas was .25 a gal. and cigs .25 pack....then we had enough to go to movies, paying .50 for each of us...

Im so old that i remember when the highway wasnt there where it is now...I remember the old slaughter house where we used to go on sunday and tease the animals...when my brother let some of the pigs loose and they were running all over the city....

Last Winter....Came across a woman whose car wouldn't start. Stopped to help. Another guy had already stopped.

Between the three of us...We could NOT find the BATTERY.uh oh confused She finally got out the Owner's Manual & we located it. applause

i am so old that one of my earliest memories was when JFK was shot and my mother would not stop crying....or the first landing on the moon...or when my dad brought home our 1st EVER color Tv!!!applause applause
that is pretty sad...when one of ur earliest memories as a toddler...was of a tragedy!!angel how different r world would b if both JFK and Bobby would not have been killed....more peaceful i am sure of it!! wow...what an early morning thought!!

IM so old i can remember we couldny eat meat on Friday..(fish and chips was the staple......
aand im also so old i can remember all the stores and every business was closed on Sundays....
I'm so old a lot of the "old" memories for a lot of you happened after I was married............rolling on the floor laughing geesch I was trying to remember what they called that seat in the really old cars I think I said bundle seat...............NO it was rumble seat, anyone remember those? It was ancient even in my youth....ah well so much to remember so little time.....have we reached a prize yet?laugh

and back then...Sunday was the day we would go for a drive in the country,,,and yell at the cows in the fields as we went by........
