Finally

Well friends ladies and gentlemen, we've reached the point of no return.

The F22 was fired for the first time today.

With the exception of Paul Rand, it seems the country favors the war.

Question is who's really is it? I mean who's war is it? Meantime, the UN caucus is going on today, much like when it was done in Geneva during the 2nd World War.

Thanks all for your reads and comments.

Who's war is it? It most certainly shouldn't be ours.
Hello lindsyjones, wave I look at all the turmoil, and conflicts around the world, and glance back at history, whats the old saying, history repeats its self,it makes a person wonder, confused
Hope it won't gonna be an other war
Cincy it never is my dear as far as I am concerned. But the world series so charged up, the problem is shown we be on the fence? Cheeri g? Or? Don't know Cincy.
My concern is not who's....but what for? Are the motives and objectives specified? confused
Hello iotaoo, wave You made a valid point on your comment.
lind
I am a fan of Paul Rand...I like what he had to say about getting out of the middle east and its politics...however...seems like ISIS wants the Westerners to be involved...hungry for war and conflict...

They wouldn't tell us anyhow.
Should have been seems so charged up. Now cheers? Like we don't care? Or what.
Yes Ito, with a billion dollar expense a day just in Afghanistan, I'm sure a tag of 2 billion here should be a modest guess. Now anyone can say what's for?

What about PEACE?
Lavina, I'm afraid it already has.
And when those missiles don't reach their targets, then what.....frustrated
Hello Ccincy, wave Isn t that the truth, ( they won t tell us anyways), For instance, here in Canada, we ve had a recent influx of immigrants over the last few years, I ve seen Russian, and Ukrainian immigrants sitting down chatting, not knowing whats going on in their homelands, and yet the media knows everything, confused (and yet these immigrants are keeping in touch with their homelands every day, confused
Hi LJ..I feel ISIS needs to be wiped out sooner than later before they gain more of a foothold than they have.
I would see them as a huge threat to the world if they are allowed to multiply.
It is unfortunate from the USAs point of view that they are expected to be in the forefront of all these wars and i feel they may pay a big price on their mainland for this one...but hopefully all the other Countries especially the Arab ones will continue to back them and together crush this pack of mad dogs.frustrated dancing
Why weren't the ISIS wiped out many moons ago if the USA felt they were such a threat?

It's all been a lot of smoke and screens.
Iotaoo my friend, would it be nice if we deserve to know the truth?

Yet we're affected whether you and I like it or not.

For purposes of agreement, can anyone says what's the immediate and or long term cause?
Definitely not because of Z dress code? Yayyyyy.frustrated
Lou my darling friend, hope you had a great time?

Yes. Paul Rand make sense if the world knows how to resolve conflict without the use of ammunitions.

Has anyone seen the new gadgets?
Cal the precision is unbelievable Cal, and if the wrong target? Now that's a different story.

But sure, it's a warrant for extinction.
Anthony, after so many mails of me continuing to write on the political heat, I just might linger for a while.

Thanks Anthony, for your encouraging words. Missed you for a while.

Up until I've seen the horror of them killing all of us, so why not them?
It is unstoppable at this point.....conversing wow
Caliope, indeed. A very sad event, but looking at how long we've been dragged in this mess, let's get over it, shall we?

My only concern now is, are we now a prime candidate for extinction?

Maybe.
I think we are unprepared as Americans....I think we are very naive.wow
Anthony mistake, should have been a backup. Eishh.
Cincy, his allies in the global market for oil.
Or perhaps means that so war will not take place here in our physical location?
Great point Calliope, and that's what I have been saying for a while.
Awareness is valuable just like information is indispensable knowledge for a trader. Naivete is a crime at this point. I think. Should be.
Cincy I do like your thinking. At iotaoo, yes we can but doesn't mean they listen.

Cincy I do like your thinking. Thank you lindsy I haven't been told that in quite some time.

You mentioned oil in a prior comment to me.

I remember some years back when the US was still in Iraq and heard a news conference between one of our troops when he had stated that the only reason that the USA invaded Iraq was because of oil.

Later I had heard that that particular US troop had received a lot of flack from our government.
Personally I don't have a problem with the free flow of oil being a reason for war, without it civilisation would break down within a week & I'm getting a bit long in the tooth to become a hunter gatherer doh
@Z
What was that, the invasion of Iraq by USA, other than looting her resources?...chemical weapons was only the pretension...
The invasion of Iraq was that our government claimed that there were WMD's but none were found.
iotaoo , maybe you have a different system where you are, in the west when you purchase oil from a country it's not called looting. As far as chemical weapons are concerned, Saddam was known to have used them on his own people, I wonder if your views would change if one day your government decided to kill off the population of your region using chemical weapons.
@Cciny
They knew in advance that WMD are not to be found, but they were to invade Iraq, in all cases.
io you know that for a fact? It just seems to me that no country needs to have a good enough reason why they would invade other countries.
Hello SR,

I am never for war. But, it seems as if my opinion didn't count with the recently missiles being fired.

What most concerns me is what Russia warned against to the U.S.. If I am not mistaken, they said we better get the backing of the UN before we do any sort of attacks. I do not follow politics closely. But, as far as I know, the US never got the backing from the UN....not sure though. I hope for our sake, we did.

Well....I suppose we will see where this takes us in the future.

wave
Seems to me the Iraq invasion started much hatred of the West...organisations such as ISIS now have an listening audience...
Lou, I agree, with the benefit of hindsight we should have let him carry on killing his own population & invading his neighbours at will & we probably wouldn't be in the position we find ourselves in now doh wine
Lou, not sure that would work now dunno and then there's the other argument, do you, in a "civilised" world, let people go around chopping off the heads of people they don't fancy & posting the vid on the net wow doh
zman
Yes it is too late...the unfortunate beheading sealed the fate sort to speak...now we have to settle the score not to mention the other atrocities of war...
@Z Actually its you twisting the facts with irrelevant justifications as you are pleading a wrong case...a weak defense....so better I rest my argument and let you rejoice your fake win...more so when a gentleman start behaving rudely...
Z..doh I have that vision of us all goose stepping down the shopsgrin ....Must be thinking back to the Ministry for funny walksdancing laugh
