Dr. Hastings Kamuzu Banda was born 1905 as a member of the Chewa tribe. He left his country as a young man and lived in the USA and Great Britain for 40 years where he worked as a physician. From Ghana Banda returned in 1958 to Malawi (Nyasaland)and became the leader of the NAC, Nyasaland African Congress. His political program was enough to eat, clothes and a tight roof. When he was elected he established a police state, made himself the only real power in the country for his life-time and oppressed any opposition.
So living for such a long time in democratic countries had no effect on him.
He enforced even a clothing code. Women were not allowed to wear trousers or shorts, dresses and skirts had to cover the knee at least. Found nothing about covered tits and bums, so perhaps not.
Men's hair may not reach the collar. Entry could be refused if longer, which is the case in my case. So bye-bye Malawi.
