yyeah, sleepless

yep, you've guesst it, its just another sleepless night. sometimes i wonder why we humans really bother to sleep since it seems its not that much dependent to get long sleeping nights. so how do you pass the time if you can't sleep? well as for myself, i just get myself an audiobook and hanging around here trying to find a way to pass the time and if it doesn't work, there's always the good old coffee:)beer

It is the coffee keeping you awake. professor I also read or sometimes get up and do something around the house. Not that I have a problem with sleeping as most of the time I am gone soon as my head hits the pillow.

I was reading a while back that lack of sleep can affect your memory, as that's when the brain stores what needs to remembered from that day, can't be affecting you that badly as you remembered where the blogs are laugh rolling on the floor laughing beer

Don't know when I had a full night's sleep, it's very elusive.....so am up sending emails to my guy in NJ.......answering other emails from the day before......playing the silly games....
I am sleepy, but it just won't come....confused Glad you wrote this blog roger77.......and I am always up for a cup or three of coffee no matter the hour.....
